Sunday Services

8:00 am - Holy Eucharist, Rite I
9:30 am - Sunday School for children & youth/Adult Forum
10:30 am - Holy Eucharist, Rite II (and Children's Chapel)
11:30 am - Coffee Hour in the Tilford Room of the Parish Hall

Rite 1 is a traditional, or Elizabethan English, service of the Holy Eucharist. It is a quiet service, with no music, and a smaller congregation. It provides a time for prayer in an atmosphere of quiet and contemplation. All ages are welcome. Rite II is a contemporary English service of Holy Eucharist with the choir (and sometimes children's choir, bell choir, etc.). Expect a larger congregation and more children.

CD recordings of the 10:30 am service are availble upon request. Please call the church office (540-662-5843).

Weekday Services
Wednesday Noon - Holy Eucharist in the Pilgrim's Chapel (It's a Healing Service on the 3rd Wednesday each month.)

Special Needs Services
The 2nd Monday of every month at 6:30 pm

Holy Eucharist at Westminster-Canterbury
The 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month at 10:30 am at Westminster-Canterbury

The Nursery is located on the second floor of the Parish Hall. It is not staffed but open for parents to use as needed.

Children's Chapel, also on the second floor of the Parish Hall, is available for children age three to seven during the program year. There is no Children's Chapel in the summer. Parents may choose to have their children participate in lieu of the first part of the 10:30 am service in the sanctuary. The program is about 30 minutes and children are led back into the church during the announcements to join their parents and the congregation for the communion.

Be sure to pick up a bulletin from the ushers. It will help you follow the service in the Book of Common Prayer, find the hymns, and will include the announcement insert.

Large print prayer books and hymnals are available from the ushers. They can also provide age-appropriate worship materials for children. All buildings are handicap accessible and smoke-free.
